There are four steps to the membership request. 

Step 1: Fill out this form and hit submit. 

Step 2: Click the Background Check Authorization on the second page. 

Step 3. Use your login information and Pay your membership fee. 

Step 4. You should receive an email from us approving your membership or if we have any other questions.
